I feel that constant pressure from us, the customer, who ultimately suffer from lack of industry security that will make the difference.
Other = Scientific Method.
Alex – could you expound on the scientific method a bit more? (By all means give us a link or two to any of the posts on your blog (or anyone elses for that matter) that illustrate your point.)
OK, day late and dollar short (sorry missed 9/11 cut off), but I’ll give my 2 bits. It’s the old hit them where they hurt. Until they are hacked and can visualize the impact to their bottom line, be it by bad PR, lost revenues ro actual funds being stolen, security is seen as a money hole with no return. Can call this cynical but the same theory applied to the once neglected area of backups.
But…I could be wrong…:-)
